1. Ephemeral & Stateless AI Scanning

Our public demonstration features (such as the Retaliation Check wording audit demo on our homepage) are designed to be stateless. We do not store, cache, or logs the draft text you submit for compliance risk analysis. All evaluations are processed live in-memory and immediately destroyed.

2. Zero LLM Training on Client Inputs

We enforce strict data isolation rules. Any data or draft text processed by our AI engines is never used to train public LLM models or fine-tune public algorithms.

3. Partnership Form Information

When you submit a consultation request or schedule a demo, the details provided (such as name, email, company, and message) are used exclusively to evaluate partnership opportunities and coordinate custom system development. This data is transmitted securely via SMTP and is not stored in a public database.

4. Third-Party API Integration

Our APIs connect to enterprise AI services (like OpenAI) using secure private API tunnels. Your communication drafts are not stored by our third-party LLM providers beyond temporary debug cache as governed by their standard enterprise B2B privacy agreements.
